Key Technical Features of the SUNWE Multi Cylinder Cone Crusher
1. Structural Upgrades for Maximum Efficiency
O Triturador de cone multicilíndrico série SP features an optimized, compact structural design with a high strength-to-weight ratio. It delivers the highest installed power efficiency in its class, ensuring high crushing ratios and low noise levels within a space-saving footprint suitable for both stationary and mobile crushing plants.
2. Enhanced Throughput and Capacity
By refining transmission components, eccentric throw, and high-performance lubrication seals, this crusher achieves a seamless synergy of crushing stroke, speed, and cavity geometry. Compared to conventional cone crushers, the SP series increases overall production capacity by 35% para 60%.
3. Superior Cubical Product Shape (Lamination Crushing)
Leveraging the inter-particle (lamination) crushing principle, the optimized cavity design ensures that materials undergo inter-particle friction rather than simple single-particle impact. This results in a high percentage of cubical-shaped finished aggregates, lower needle-flake content, and minimized liner wear, ultimately lowering total operational production costs.
4. Precise and Reliable Full-Hydraulic Control System
Every critical adjustment—including hydraulic clearing of the crushing chamber, automated overload protection, discharge opening setting adjustments, and hydraulic locking—is fully automated. The responsive hydraulic system provides instant safety release when uncrushable objects enter the chamber, ensuring stable and safe continuous operation.
5. Exceptional Crushing Ratio for Hard Rocks
In demanding applications requiring high material hardness and fine output requirements, the SUNWE Triturador de cone multicilindro demonstrates a robust competitive advantage, maintaining consistent performance and high reduction ratios under heavy loads.
6. Versatile Cavity Conversion (Multi-Purpose Design)
Designed for ultimate operational flexibility, the SP series supports quick and easy conversion between multiple medium, fine, and extra-fine crushing cavities by simply swapping specific wearing components (such as mantle and concave liners). This “one-machine, multi-application” capability perfectly adapts to evolving project specifications.
Working Principle
When the SUNWE SP Series Triturador de cone multicilindro is in operation, the electric motor drives the transmission shaft through heavy-duty pulleys and V-belts. The transmission shaft then rotates the eccentric sleeve assembly around the fixed main shaft via high-strength spiral bevel gears.
This eccentric motion forces the main shaft and crushing cone to execute a continuous gyratory swing cycle. Raw materials fed into the top of the upper hopper are squeezed, sheared, and ground repeatedly between the mantle and the concave. The rocks break naturally along structural weaknesses under multi-directional compressive forces to form high-strength construction aggregates. Qualified materials meeting the discharge size specification exit smoothly through the bottom gap, while oversized particles are continuously re-crushed until final sizing requirements are achieved.
