The Challenge: What the Client Needed
A mining concession in central Chile operated a complex polymetallic site. The raw silver-lead-zinc ore featured uneven hardness levels. Their old crushing system failed to produce a consistent output size.
Oversized rocks frequently overloaded the subsequent ball mills. This bottleneck lowered the overall flotation recovery rates. The client needed a robust primary and secondary crushing setup. The new plant had to ensure a steady 300 TPH flow of fine material.
The Solution: Sunwe Integrated Crushing Line
Sunwe engineered an integrated crushing line to solve the grain-size problem. We customized the system to feed the milling and flotation circuits perfectly.
Step 1: Primary Crushing
Our heavy-duty Jaw Crusher handles the initial big ore reductions. It crushes unevenly hard stones efficiently without mechanical jams. The rugged frame design withstands intense continuous impact.
Step 2: Secondary Fine Crushing
Our high-performance Hydraulic Cone Crusher performs the crucial fine crushing. It uses advanced inter-particle crushing action to shape the stones. This step reduces the rocks down to the required fine sizes.
Step 3: Precise Screening
A high-frequency vibrating screen controls the final product size. It separates the material to meet the strict 0-15mm requirement. The screen returns all oversized ore back to the cone crusher.
