The Challenge: What the Client Needed
A building materials producer in northern Vietnam wanted to enter the booming Hanoi construction market. They needed to process medium-hard limestone into two distinct high-end products simultaneously. Their target was high-quality concrete aggregate and uniform manufactured sand.
Traditional crushing lines produced too many flaky and elongated stone particles. Poor aggregate shape reduces concrete strength and fails strict municipal construction codes. The client required a high-efficiency system to control the flake rate strictly under 6%. They also demanded a precise sand-grading curve for premium concrete mixing.
The Solution: Sunwe Dual-Purpose Production Line
Sunwe installed an integrated plant to achieve perfect aggregate shaping and precise sand making.
Step 1: Secondary Aggregate Shaping
The material moves into our secondary Impact Crusher after primary reduction. This impact crusher uses high-speed blow bars to shape the limestone cubes. This process breaks weak edges and eliminates elongated particles effectively.
Step 2: High-Precision Sand Making
Part of the crushed stone flows into our advanced VSI Sand Making Machine. The VSI crusher uses rock-on-rock crushing technology to grind stones into sand. This method produces highly uniform, cubical manufactured sand (M-Sand).
Step 3: High-Precision Sifting
Fine-mesh vibrating screens separate the final outputs into exact commercial sizes. The system washes and sizes the sand to meet international blending standards.
